Trina Williamson5 StarI received a call from Eric Radke at Natimark Marketing Services. Eric caught my attention as he was very knowledgeable and professional. During our conversation we discussed purchasing quality leads, but we also discussed some of the issues we were facing with our current data as far as it being outdated information as well as lagging. Due to the amount of leads we have purchased in the past Eric suggested that we run our database through his data hygiene program rather than purchasing additional data. He explained that we didn't need to purchase additional data; we just needed to clean up the data we already had. We were very skeptical about doing the data hygiene, but we decided to give it a try, and I am extremely happy with the results! Prior to the data hygiene, our marketers were only writing 50-60 leads per day, after the data hygiene our marketers are now writing 120-130 leads per day. After about a year I noticed I had so many wrong numbers in my call queue. My team spent more time dis-positioning prospects than they did setting appointments. What do you do with a list of 100,000 leads and half are wrong info? I was worried and had invested lots of money in these leads. I called Natimark and Eric Ratke proposed that I do a "Data Hygiene ". I was not for this idea at first but when you got 100,000 leads that are going bad by the minute you have to take a leap of faith. I did a "Data Hygiene " on every lead I have purchased over the years. The results are still paying off today. We are killing it. My sales went through the roof instantly. My callers were crushing old records. We set 89 appointments in one day with our new data. We were setting about 120 a week with bad data. Protect your investment and update your leads. DATA HYGIENE is a must. I am blown away with the results and let me remind you, it cost me a fraction of what I paid for these leads.
