Juan Garcia1 StarI used to shop at my neighborhood Frys before the pandemic. This Frys had it all. Quality products and just about everything you needed for groceries were available and on sale. During the pandemic 2020 and when inflation began, along with all grocers, the price gouging began this particular Frys almost increased prices 80% on 99.9% of all its products. What a shame!! Not only did it make it difficult for everyone to provide for their families, however the quality of the product, like meats and vegetables, was subpar. A lot of items were bad, especially their vegetables. Items I used to purchase are no longer available. The store is always short staffed and lines are long. My last draw from shopping at Frys altogether was about a year ago. I needed to purchase lunch meat. When the employee finally packed up the lunch meat, I noticed it was brown. I immediately called him back and told him your selling spoiled lunch meat." He clearly said "no". That's how it is. I told him "no" take it back, it's spoiled lunch meat. Im not about to get sick. I also saw flys 🪰 flying around the deli. Last, don't purchase any bakery bagged breads. They are definitely old and not fresh. The bread will be hards, dry and crusty!! Don't waste your time at any Frys invest your money and get you a Costco membership. It's worth the price and you will get quality bulk products at an affordable price!!!Tuesday 14th January 2025
Kevin Bradley1 StarI live close by and have been here numerous times. Carts are never available. Retrieving one from the parking lot is a bigger waste of time because they “lock” once you bring them in the store. Rude employees who don’t greet customers and prefer to be in the way with their pickup order carts. Most times, only one register available and the rest self-checkouts. All in all, very unhappy with this place. Not worth the hassle at all until they fix their issues and/or find new management. I’d rather drive to Safeway or Sprouts at this point.Sunday 23rd February 2025
Gerry Kingsbury5 StarGreat place to shop good deals to be found. Not so happy with the pharmacy. They were a week behind and my prescription they said were ready were not and they wanted me to return at 6 pm and it was 3 pm. I said no I’d weather just have my prescriptions transferred to Walgreens.Thursday 20th February 2025
Victor4 StarVisited Friday January 24,2025 at around 10am. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any fry’s, I’ll still continue to go just for the laughs, looking at the employees with no smiles and with attitudes. This review is not for all employees, only the one at the north side self checkout line. Lady wouldn’t leave me alone, I was about to yell at here that if she continued to criticize me at self checkout I was going to call someone and claim harassment because that’s what it felt like.

Tara Garcia2 StarMorning self-checkout can be misleading with sale items. Make sure you double check your prices. Some cashiers will tell you otherwise causing confusion in the situation. Stating your not the only individual that is having the problem with pricing. The issue is once the sale item is gone...it's replaced with another product that isn't on sale. To occupy the empty space.Friday 7th February 2025
