Homeless people & their belongings in a grocery cart in this parking lot. Trash littered in parking lot. I don't feel safe in this area, so I hardly usually don't come to this Frys store. Donated food today. Several employees were helpful in answering questions about food donation bin.

I called to find out if they had a product I need after looking online and having the search return 229 completely unrelated items When I called I was transferred to a lady who said she would transfer me to the right Department. The person answering the call to transferred me to another department which hung up on me. This is after I've been on hold for 5 and 1/2 minutes. Guess I have to go to Safeway after all ugh

Every time I get dairy from here it goes bad far before the listed date. I only have this problem when I go here for dairy I don’t even see why it would have this issue for the same product I get at other fry’s.

I really don't think this is a Fry's store. The store Layout is so Weird. It's the opposite of any Fry's I have EVER been in and I been to mostly all Fry's in PHX, Avondale, Laveen, Goodyear, San Tan. Everything is just setup so Awkward. This Fry's have another store inside of the store(it's odd, but true) medicine usually by Pharmacy but it's in the inside of another part of store. I seen some that may have Liquor in a different section but this have a Whole nother dept of things. I can't explain, but I Don't like it at all, this is Definitely a Deal breaker to me. Also they Never have carts by the door.
