As a disabled veteran who was in desperate need of a job interviewed with Anthony on Friday and started Monday. Training lasted about 2 days. Come that Thursday i had a dental emergency and gave ample notice on my absence. That next Monday was my 5th day being employed and was just getting the hang of the way they wanted things done. Tuesday I woke up with a very serious respiratory infection and was specifically told by my Dr not to go into the office because I was contagious. I gave proper notice as I was told to do.. I was hoping to be okay by that Wednesday but with my illness I woke up extremely sick and as I texted the person who trained me I was texted that I was being let go and my check will be ready Friday. I put off 3 other job opportunities for this position and was NEVER Spoken with once or warned or even asked for proper proof of my illness which I had and it specifically stated do not infect the rest of your office. This has put me in a very difficult position and It hurts to be taken advantage of and not given the chance to even do the job. I was only there 5 days. When I went in to pick up my check that Friday even the owner was extremely sick and on bed rest as well.... a sales job a person needs more than 2 full days on the phones to do the job. I am extremely saddened that this company didn't care about me as a person.

Date: May 3, 2024 I'm revisiting my review due to a disappointing response from the company. Despite claims of resolution, their response is dismissive and filled with falsehoods and accuses me of being a liar. As VP, I oversaw our account setup and have clear evidence of miscommunication and direction to reach out to the gym owner myself since your company did not have any luck with getting the TVS working. Contrary to the company's claims, there was no miscommunication within my team. I personally oversaw the account setup and advertising initiatives, with minimal involvement from the owner, who merely signs off on decisions. He did not communicate with you guys. Their assertion that I was instructed to have the owner contact them directly is false and laughable. If that were the case, we would have done that rather than writing reviews to get a response of proper resolve. I intend to upload email evidence to refute this claim and file with the BBB because this response is highly concerning and I worry for others. Furthermore, their gym ads have yielded zero leads in 12 months. Despite their assurances, the ads are often missing due to broken equipment or unresponsive gym owners. And when I've gone to gyms personally, have not seen their ads. I just decided to call it a loss and not give it any more energy than it was worth until I got this poor response from the ownership. In conclusion, the company's response lacks integrity and accountability. I urge caution when dealing with them and seek services from companies that prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. _________ ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am compelled to share my disappointing encounter with Elite Advertising Solutions, and I urge others to exercise caution when considering their services. We engaged Elite Advertising Solutions to display our ads at four Anytime Fitness gym locations. Initially, the promised ad creation service fell short, compelling me to personally design the ad. Months passed with no response from the ad, prompting suspicions about its visibility. Shockingly, upon investigation, I discovered our ads were not being displayed at two of the agreed-upon locations. Upon raising this issue with Elite Advertising Solutions, their response was both disheartening and unprofessional. They failed to inform us of the non-display, leaving us in the dark despite having paid for the service. Their explanation for the oversight was that the gym's TVs were allegedly broken, and their proposed solution was for me to personally contact the gym owners to resolve the issue. Attempts to address this matter with Elite Advertising Solutions' management proved futile. Their offered compensation, suggesting alternative locations that we don't service, demonstrated a blatant disregard for our business needs. To make matters worse, they falsely we had to pay for the ad they created even if it wasn't displayed in the gyms when, in reality, I had crafted the ad independently. This experience with Elite Advertising Solutions has been marked by false advertising, faulty business practices, and a complete lack of customer-first mentality. Despite the relatively modest sum involved, their refusal to refund under $500 is incomprehensible and reflects a blatant disregard for integrity and accountability. In conclusion, I strongly advise against doing business with Elite Advertising Solutions. Their unfulfilled promises and lack of professionalism underscore the importance of thoroughly vetting service providers before engaging in any business relationship.
